100mm wide x 143mm tall (Same size as the popular Cokin Z-Pro and Lee filters and therefore fully compatible with the relevant filter holders.) Suitable for both film and digital cameras.
This filter reduces the amount of light entering the camera's lens by 2 stops. This enables you to use slower shutter speeds or wider apertures in bright conditions. For example, to blur the water of a waterfall or river or to push the background out of focus for a portrait. When taking shots in the midday sun even an aperture of f16 or f22 may not give you a slow enough shutter speed for the photo you require. This filter will help cure the problem.
Compatible with all pro 100mm filter systems such as Lee, Cokin Z-Pro etc.
Manufactured from CR39 crystal resin for excellent clarity. This has the optical advantages of glass but without the risk of breakage.
