The Lumix G F4-5.6/45-200 mm lens (90-400 mm KB) is not only very small and light in its construction, but also extremely powerful. It has a focal length of 45-200 mm (corresponding to 90-400 mm at 35 mm KB) and a light intensity of F4.0-5.6. The OIS Optical Image Stabilizer prevents shaking when shooting and ensures sharp shots. The focus distance is at least 1 m for all focal lengths. The Vario-G series lens also features a MicroFourThirds bayonet and 16 lenses in 13 groups, face detection and contrast AF. The smallest aperture has a light intensity of F22. The filter diameter is 52 mm.
Micro FourThirds Standard
The Micro FourThirds standard allows the construction of smaller and lighter lenses than other system cameras. Even a 100-300mm Super Telephoto Zoom will never be a burden unlike a comparable 200-600mm KB lens. The standard optimised tuning of the Micro FourThirds lens and sensor geometry guarantees consistently excellent image quality.
