Regular production line checks by Quality Control in order to ensure product quality, protection and capacity indication. It provides a longer lifetime and more stable capacity over multiple charging cycles due to the use of high quality branded cells. It has gold plated contacts protect against oxidation and produce optimum current flow. Monitoring of charging and discharging currents is carried out by the built-in electronic protection circuitry in order to avoid any damage to the cells. There is additional short circuit protection provided by the use of polyswitch. The polyswitch is positioned directly next to the cells in order to avoid any damage caused by high temperature.
