Prices quoted for delivery on this website are for UK address's only. If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order please email us for a quote for delivery. For more information on how to order from overseas, please contact us.
Prices of delivery vary from product to product depending on value, please add an item to basket and proceed to checkout to view its delivery charge. You can always remove an item from the checkout after you have viewed the carriage charge.
When can I expect my orders to arrive?
All orders received through The Photography Shop are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether you item is in stock at the time of the order, your products will usually be with you in just a few days. If you place your order and it is processed before 12 noon Mon-Fri, the goods will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day (for next day delivery*) Please note that although we send goods on a next day service we are relying on couriers to perform delivery and occasionally delays happen, in this instance The Photography Shop cannot refund carriage charges levied. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order.
Where can I have my order delivered?
We can only deliver your order to the registered address of the paying card holder or to a UK registered business address.
If you require a parcel to be redirected after it has been despatched a charge of £15.95 will be levied.
If you have refused a delivery, a charge of £8 can be levied to cover the cost charged by our couriers to return goods to us.
Even though packages are sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail, on very rare occasions losses can occur whilst in transit. If this happens please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact Parcelforce or Royal Mail to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from The Photography Shop.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Orders can be tracked once you have received your unique tracking number after despatch. Orders can be tracked at the Parcelforce or Royal Mail website.
